A tract on duelling wherein the opinions of some of the most celebrated writers on crown law are examined and corrected, Either by the Authority of
the same Writers, declared in contradictory; Sentiments on the same Subject collated from other Parts of their Works, Or, by the solemn Decisions of
more ancient Writers of (at least) equal Authority; in order to ascertain the due distinction between manslaughter and murder: by Granville Sharp, 3rd
