and printed by E. and R. Brooke (London 1791-1792). 485 + 470 p. The first volume includes the Preface. Each volume contains a table of contents,
including listing the writings (including discussions of cases and topics) and authors (including Lord Bacon, Lord Hale and Lord Chancellor Jeffries).
(The Preface states: “This Publication is … intended to supply, in some degree, a repository for the preservation of such portions of scattered
literature as related to our Constitution and form of Government, the Theory and Practice of the Law, the Jurisdiction of the several Courts, and of such
Authorities and Determinations of the Courts as have wholly escaped the attention of our Reporters, or which are but slightly or imperfectly recorded in
