identified, 1914? (This is one of a series of Pecuniary Claims between the United States and Great Britain. Robert E. Brown, a citizen of the United States,
acquired property rights to various mines in the South African Republic in 1895. The South African Republic was conquered and annexed by Great Britain
in 1900. The United States subsequently claimed damages with interest on behalf of Brown. The arbitral tribunal disallowed the U.S. claim. The decision
may be found in Reports of International Arbitral Awards, Volume VI, pp. 120-131.)
