(Lacks TOC & index. The full title of the Crompton work referred to in the title is: L’Authoritie et Jurisdiction des Courts de la Maiestie de la Roygne, London,Charles Yetsweiti, 1594. Richard Crompton, d. 1599, a bencher of the Middle Temple, was the reporter, by himself, and sometimes in partnership with Meeson, Jervis, or Roscoe, of several English nominative reports of the Exchequer courts. L’Authoritie et Jurisdiction des Courts… was considered his most influential work.
