Best & Smith's Reports of Cases in Queen's Bench and Exchequer (1861-69) 6v (ER)
William Mawdesley Best (1809-1869) and George James Philip Smith's (1805-1886) Reports of Cases in the Courts of Queen's Bencha and Exchequer from
1861-1869, during the reign of Queen Victoria. The ten volumes were originally published in London by H. Sweet from 1862 to 1871. Volumes 7-10 covered
essentially the same cases as rival Law Reports Queen's Bench (L.R.Q.B.) although the latter had a few additional cases.
