Maurice Charles Merttins Swabey (1821-1883) and Thomas Hutchinson Tristram's (1825-1912) Report of Cases in the Court of Probate and the Court for
Divorce and Matrimonial Causes. The four volume set covered the period from 1858 to 1865, and was published in London by Butterworths from 1860 to
1871. The introduction indicated that an act in 1858 established a Court of Probate. There were table of contents and index in each of the volumes;
volume 4 also had supplemental cases from 1858 to 1863.
