Reports and Cases of Practice in the Court of Common Pleas, which contained rules, orders, notices, and cases of practice during the reigns of Queen
Anne, Kings George I and George II from 1706 to 1739. This volume, published in 1742, included a table of cases in the beginning; followed by the
table of the rules and orders of the Court of Common Please, and the King's Bench, respectively. The subject matter of principal matters was at the end
of the volume.
