Reports of decisions in probate by James V. Coffey, Judge of the Superior Court in and for the City and County of San Francisco, State of California:
reported and annotated by Peter V. Ross & Jeremiah V. Coffey, Vol. 1-6, San Francisco, Bancroft-Whitney, 1908–1916, all publ. (The first five volumes
of this set were published between 1908-10 and were by both editors. Vol. 5 contains a complete index to all five volumes. Vol. 6, which has its own
index, was published in 1916 as a sort of supplement to the original set, containing some decisions up to 1915, but also decisions prior to 1910
believed to have been lost to fire, which were subsequently discovered. Although both editors are listed on the t.p. of Vol. 6, the preface by Ross makes
clear that it was mainly the work of Jeremiah Coffey.
