Reports of the Attorney General of California: Annual for 1852-63, biennial thereafter. (The office of Attorney General of California was created by
the 1849 California Constitution. No reports were published prior to 1952. With1864-65 the reports became biennial. The California A.G. Opinions
were never published as part of the reports. They were published separately as follows. Between 1899-1943 they were issued in mimeo format as Series One,
No. 1-11,000, and New Series, No. 1-4708. These items are apparently in the public domain and, if LLMC can obtain a copy, they will be scanned and
brought online. From 1943 onward the opinions were published com-mercially and, since they are deep in copyright, they will not be offered by
