1836 Journals of the Convention of the Free, Sovereign and Independent People of Texas. Of note, this convention wrote the Texas Declaration of Independence, prepared a constitution, organized an interim government, and named Sam Houston commander-in-chief. However it adjourned on March 17 due to Santa Anna's invading army. See LLMC #00631t for a manuscript version.
