April 15, 1763 Observations on the state of the Colony of Rhode Island, written by Joseph Wanton (son of Gideon). This reflection was in response to Cooper's letter to the Common People of Rhode Island, and its apparent attempt to prejudice the freeman against the then Governor Samuel Ward. Also included were other relevant election issues. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Rhode Island Historical Society Library).
