PA, n.p., 1899. (A table of cases starts at p. vi; an index at p. 305. The bibliographic literature is confused with regard to this title. Price &
Bitner lists it as “Wilcox, Lackawanna County Reports.” They may have been misled by the spine of the book, which does carry those words. However, both
the title and the table of cases show that this work, while published in Scranton, in Lackawanna County covers cases from the Supreme Court of
Pennsylvania and from many other of the state’s counties. A legend at the bottom of the title page of this work states: “Originally published in weekly parts
as The Common Pleas Reporter, 1888-9.”
