Comm. on Conduct of Insurgents. Report, 1776
1776 manuscript report of the Committee to review the conduct of variously named insurgents and suspects. The Committee initially categorized these
men into four groups: prisoners who served in Congress; those who signed the Tests on Association; those who had been in arms without circumstances;
and those who were under suspicions in circumstances. The Committee then proceeded to make its finding on each prisoner. (Digitized from a microfilm
copy of titles originally held by the Department of Archives and History in Raleigh, North Carolina).
