State of New York in convention; Proposed constitutional amendments (and Daily Calendars): Vol. 1-3, n.p., n.d. (NY? 1894?) (This is not an easy set
to use in the paper version, much less on line. The following information may help the user to navigate the material. There were 434 proposed
amendments, which were assigned successive Amendment Numbers {A.N.} as received and then printed, each with its own pagination. These were then later compiled
into a complete run, and were bound in these three volumes as follows: Vol. 1 contains A.N. 1-202, Vol. 2 A.N. 203-404, & Vol. 3 A.N. 405-434. Since
all of the proposed amendments have separate pagination, to facilitate location LLMC has “tagged” the text to the Amendment Numbers. The Table of
Contents to Vol. 2 {pp. 1-13}, while it has gaps later in the number series, provides a subject description for most of the proposed amendments from No.
1-408, along with the identity of the committee to which they were referred. Finally, the last half of Vol. 3 contains the Daily Calendars, No. 1-49,
which also have separate pagination. To facilitate location, these have also been “tagged” to their Daily Calendar numbers.)
