1764-03-13, Proclamation on NY-NH boundary dispute

March 13, 1763 Proclamation by Governor Benning Wentworth regarding the dispute with New York and New Hampshire over the boundary. This document is in response to Gov. Colden's assertion in a proclamation dated December 28, 1763 of land grant rights over territory east of the Connecticut River. This latter document is not included in the Early State Record Collection (Digitized from a microfilm copy of titles originally held by the New Hampshire Historical Society).
