July 1, 1757 proclamation issued by Vice-Gov. James Delancy, which announced an act regarding apprehending and securing deserters. In addition, the broadside provided for monetary penalties for those who aided the deserters. There are two copies of this document. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the New York State Library).
