|
|
March 13, 1775 broadside which presented the motion by Henry Remsen, which proposed two alternative methods for selecting delegates for the Second Continental Congress. This process, noted the anonymous "Voter" would allow for the freeholders to determine the selection process; its rejection was because the assembly wished to prevent the prior five delegates to the First Continental Congress from serving.
