December 4, 1773 broadside from the Committee of the Association of the Sons of Liberty, which contained a letter authored by Rusticus. The letter advised "a gentleman in Philadelphia" that five ships filled with tea are on their way to America, which would be taxed and provide a tea monopoly to the East India Company. The author encourage citizens to refuse to unload or store the tea, along with warning to those with a contrary position.
