xlv+1555+1p, Trenton, John L. Murphy, 1877. (The main predecessor revision, that of 1874, was by the commissioners {Mercer Beasley, David A. Depue & Cortland}
who are named in the preface as being also the authors of this work. The 1874 Revision was enacted as a whole by the Legislature, thus becoming
positive evidence of the law. It does not appear that this 1877 work, which updates the 1874 Revision with later legislation to 1 January 1878, was similarly
enacted.)
