Title:   In Congress at Exeter, November 16th, 1775 : Voted, that the committees of safety or of correspondence, in each town or parish, in this colony, be desired to transmit to the Congress or Committee of Safety for this colony, the names and places of abode of all such persons as they suspect to be any ways enimical to this country ... ; In Congress at Exeter, December 27th, 1775 : whereas a vote of the Congress hath excused all non commission'd officers and soldiers, who served in the summer past in the Continental Army, and shall enlist there for the year coming ...
