To His Excellency the Governor and the Honorable Council : the Commissioners appointed pursuant to a resolve of the Legislature, passed on the fifth day of April, last past, to examine the Province Lands in the town of Provincetown, in the County of Barnstable, and to report to the Governor and Council on or before the first Wednesday of December next, the present condition of said lands, the laws and practices pertaining thereto, and such other facts as they may deem useful, and also their opinion as to what disposition ought to be made of the same, have attended the duty assigned them, and now submit the following report ...
