SEE ALSO 51964 House No. 8 The Committee on Vaccination reported on January 21, 1832 that there was a smallpox outbreak. Since there was a vaccine for the disease, the Committee asked all towns to require that children be vaccinated before they could attend school and that all people should be encouraged to be vaccinated.
