Forty-second Legislature. Senate. No. 5. Resolves relating to the sales of public land. Selling the public lands would be wise. The Governor and
the land agent were to cooperate on this. Cash payments were much preferred. An unnamed sum from the sale was to be set aside to build facilities
for an agricultural college, one or more normal schools, and endowment for the schools. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by
