Printed at the Office of the National Intelligencer, 1819. Approximately 275 pages, including a cover page prepared by LLMC and pp. 583-1138 from History of Congress. The contents include the report of the House Committee on Military Affairs and included a resolution (“Resolved: That the House of Representatives of the United States disapproves the proceedings in the trial and execution of Alexander Arbuthnot and Robert C. Ambrister.”) Mr. Cobb, of Georgia, commenced the debate before the House sitting as the Committee of the Whole, with Mr. Pitkin in the Chair. Other speakers included Mr. Holmes, of Massachusetts.
