Each report contains data for the stated date and textual analysis, tables and charts comparing current data with data from six months before; a discussion of “primary reasons for delays” in pending matters; an Appendix A, providing data for each U.S. District Judge and Magistrate Judge; Appendix B (CJRA definitions); and Appendix C (listing CJRA status codes used by each judge to explain reasons for delays). (This description is for the March 31, 2004 report, “the 26th semiannual report.” At time of writeup, the set contained two reports for each year from 2004 to 2018.)
