Approximately 2400 p., numbered separately. The text is supplemented with extensive notes to decisions in footnotes. Vol. 1 includes table of contents for the
entire work and a table of cases for the work with section number references. Vol. 3 includes an index to section numbers, and an Appendix with “a
digest of those cases decided since the body of the work went to press, which either state or illustrate propositions of law. … Taken together with the
notes, this appendix is intended to present a complete digest of all cases, involving questions of Patent Law, in Federal or State reports” and English
cases.
