Federal Labor Relations Authority; Administrative law judge decisions report: Issue No. 1–, 1979-, Wash., GPO, 1979-. (This report series includes decisions and orders of the FLRA administrative law judges to which no exceptions were filed with the FLRA within the prescribed time limit. Since they have not been reviewed by the Authority itself, they are not included in its published decisions, but rather in this separate series. These decisions do have standing as findings, conclusions, decisions and orders of the Authority, but apply only to the parties involved in the original controversies. Thus, while perhaps illuminative of the thinking within the agency, they have no precedential significance. The reports were issued in a soft-cover pamphlet series on a something-less-than monthly basis from at least 1979 through at least 2004. The irregularly issued pamphlets are numbered consecutively and a citation, to be useful, must include these issue numbers and the publication date. Users will also have to cope with the fact that each case is paginated separately, so that attention must be paid to the title page of an issue to ascertain the pagination series for the cases contained within that issue. To date LLMC has scanned most of the run between Issue No. 62, 29 Aug. 1986 & Issue No. 189, 17 Dec. 2004. Libraries holding issues before No. 62, and any issue published after Issue No. 189 are urged to consider donating their copy to LLMC to help complete this run.)
