and Notes on Blackstone’s Commentaries, etc. (Second series): by Hugh Henry Brackenridge. (Appears in Law Miscellanies..., by H.H. Bracken-ridge,
Philadelphia, P. Byrne, 1814, on pp. xxvi, 27–588. The work, copyrighted Dec. 14, 1913, was printed by Alexander and Phillips, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
Brackenridge, a judge of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, had planned to prepare an edition of Blackstone’s Commentaries to be called The Pennsylvania
Blackstone, which was to contain notes in the manner of Tucker’s notes to his Virginia edition of the Commentaries, Eller Title 87, P/L 12/10 above.
Having abandoned that scheme, Brackenridge included those notes in this volume of Law Miscellanies... )
