especially in these times, wherein actions for slander are much more common then in times past; With an exact table annexed, for the ready finding out any

provided on the sixth of the initial unnumbered leaves. The index starts on the leave following p. 183. An historically interesting “Catalog of Lawbooks
and such as appertaine to the Law” is contained on the last 4 unnumbered leaves. In the copy scanned by LLMC this text was bound in with Sheppard’s
