focus of this periodical was to serve as a reporter for decisions of the Tennessee Supreme Court and of important decisions from other Tennessee courts.
However, it also aimed to cover important decisions from other southwestern states, and also to include general interest articles in all areas of law.
This periodical failed after one volume, but it may have been succeeded in at least a nominal way by The Tennessee Legal Reporter, also offered on
this site among the Tennessee listings, which carries the unexplained legend “New Series” on its title pages.)
