1830, Supreme Judicial Court. Constitution vindicated!

February 17, 1830 article in the Eastern Argus (extra) entitled "The Constitution Vindicated, and Republicanism Triumphant!" The article indicated
that the Court had determined that four senators elected by the Hartford Convention No. 2 were "ILLEGALLY and UNCONSTITUTIONALLY ELECTED;" excerpts
from a statement of facts from the Federal Party was included, as well as the opinion of the Court. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
