House. Special Comm. on Purchase of the West Boston and Canal Bridges. Report, 1842

with $54,000. The state could recoup the purchase price and build a repair fund of $30,000 within twelve years or less. An Act relating to the Canal
Bridge, 1842. The Treasurer could issue scrip of $54,000, with 5% interest, redeemable after eight years. The agent for the Warren Bridge would care
for this bridge, too. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
