House No. 64 An Act in addition to an act to establish the Boston and Worcester Rail-road Corporation, 1841. The corporation was authorized to
take additional land along its right-of-way so as to build two tracks all the way. It was not to take more than was necessary and make damage payments
according the Chapter 39 of the Revised Statutes. The corporation had to give the landowner a legal description of what was taken and explain how it
fit into the whole. The corporation could increase its shares up to 10,000 more. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the
