Parsons, Amendment to the bill concerning the duties of county commissioners, 1841
SEE ALSO 53577 House No.41 Mr. parsons offered an amendment to the duties of County Commissioners bill: Any person could challenge a road lay out
and have a jury decide. Property damages would not be paid until the road was actually constructed. The amendment applied to roads that had been
laid out, but not yet accepted by the Commissioners. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
