House. Comm. on Education. Report on dismissal of scholars for bad behavior, 1841
|
|
House no. 27 On February 8, 1841, the Committee on Education, in response to an order, issued a report: The Committee had considered whether it was necessary to have a law giving schools the power to dismiss students who disrupted school. No; the Committee felt the school committees already had that power in general terms and it would not help anything to have the state weigh in. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Library of Congress).
