SEE ALSO 53538 Senate No. 41 Remonstrance against granting authority for a rail-road to Fresh Pond. The original petition asked to connect to
the Worcester Rail-road and was denied. All the surveys had to do with that petition and nothing to do with a rail-road to Fresh Pond. There was no
order, survey or notice about Fresh Pond. A rail-road to Fresh Pond was not in the public interest at all. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
