SEE ALSO 52856, 52955 House No. 65 In April, the Special Joint Committee to Investigate Banks issued another report. The four banks, as
requested, appeared and were heard. The Committee unanimously agreed rules had been broken. The bankers had solemnly agreed not to violate the law anymore,
