Senate No. 25 On January 30, 1836, the Committee on Manufactures reported a bill: An Act to incorporate the Berkshire Iron Company, 1836. Three
men were incorporated as above to manufacture iron in Great Barrington, MA. The corporation was subject to the usual laws and regulations and could
hold real estate to a value of $50,000 with capital stock valued at $110,000. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the
Massachusetts State Library).
Title:   The Committee on Manufactures, to whom was referred the petition of Charles Wood and others, report the accompanying bill.
