|
|
House No. 56 The Committee on the Militia reported: An Act in addition to an act concerning the prosecution for the recovery of fines imposed by courts martial, 1835. It is the duty of each Judge Advocate to pay over any fines recovered by courts martial to the local county Treasurer, who will make them part of the county's account with the Commonwealth. If a court martial does not result in a fine, the Judge Advocate would be paid a reasonable sum for his time by the local county Treasurer to be reimbursed by the Commonwealth.
