SEE ALSO 52566, 52591, 52594 House No. 52 On March 5, 1835, the Committee on the Judiciary reported: An Act concerning Masonic Societies, 1835. Every presiding officer of a Masonic Society had to provide an annual report with names of new members, the manner of their initiation, financial details of the Lodge, property owned, etc. or face an undefined fine. The information was never to be used against the reporter. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
