SEE ALSO 52727 House No. 41 An Act to encourage the reeling and throwing of silk, 1835. Anyone who could reel silk from worms raised in the
Commonwealth to produce merchantable silk would be entitled to a bounty of 50c per pound of silk. Such claims would be certified by a local Justice of the
Peace. Fraudulent claims would be punished by a fine. The law would be in effect for five years. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
