House. Comm. on License Laws. Act concerning traffic in distilled spirits, 1835
House No. 34 On January 30, 1835, a twelve man committee on Licensing Las was created and it subsequently reported a bill: An Act concerning the
traffic in distilled spirits. Deliveries of distilled spirits of 28 gallons or more did not require a license. A no fee license was available to those
who sold to manufactories or druggists. Justices of the Peace could hear liquor cases up to $20. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
