SEE ALSO 51775 House No. 33 The Committee on the Judiciary reported a bill: An Act in addition to an act providing further remedies for
landlords and tenants, 1835. The 1825 act applied to all cases of forcible entry and detainer. A squatters case would proceed as if there had been a formal
