House No. 21 In February 1835, the Committee on the Judiciary reported a bill: An Act in amendment to the acts establishing and regulating the
judicial courts of this Commonwealth, 1835. The law for the Municipal Court in Boston was repealed. The Court of Common Pleas would consist of a Chief
