House No. 18 An Act to incorporate the Worcester House Company, 1835. Three men were incorporated as above, to operate and organize in the usual
manner. The group was going to buy or build a suitable building to be a house of entertainment near the terminus of the Boston & Worcester Railroad.
Shares would be $100 to a limit of $100,000. Certain members of the corporation would be personally liable for debt. (Digitized from a microfilm
