House No. 10 The Committee on Manufacturing reported a bill: An Act to incorporate Boyden Malleable Cast Iron and Steel Company, 1835. Three men
were incorporated as above to make articles in cast iron or steel in Suffolk County. They were to operate as any other corporation with real estate
valued to $100,000 and personal estate valued to $400,000. This passed the Senate on January 19, 1835. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title
