Senate No. 50 On March 7, 1835, the Committee on Mercantile Affairs and Insurance reported a bill: An Act to incorporate the Boston Hydraulic Dock
Company, 1835. Four men were incorporated as above to erect hydraulic docks in Boston. Real estate holdings could amount to $30,000 and personal
estate could not exceed $200,000. Shares in the corporation were to cost $100, with the usual management of such shares. (Digitized from a microfilm
copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
Title:   The Committee on Mercantile Affairs and Insurance, to whom was committed the petition of Timothy C. Kendall and others, to be incorporated as the Boston Hydraulic Dock Company, in the city of Boston, report the accompanying bill.
