Senate No. 50 On March 7, 1835, the Committee on Mercantile Affairs and Insurance reported a bill: An Act to incorporate the Boston Hydraulic Dock Company, 1835. Four men were incorporated as above to erect hydraulic docks in Boston. Real estate holdings could amount to $30,000 and personal estate could not exceed $200,000. Shares in the corporation were to cost $100, with the usual management of such shares. (Digitized from a microfilm copy of title originally held by the Massachusetts State Library).
