Joint Comm. on the Annual Report of the Attorney General. Act in addition to act on tenure and salaries of court clerks, 1835
Senate No. 48 On March 7, 1835, the Committee on the Attorney General's report decided a bill was necessary: An Act in addition to an act limiting
the terms in office and establishing the salaries for Clerks of the Judicial Courts, 1835. The salary of the Clerk of the Municipal Court in Boston
would be $1200/yr to be realized from the fees paid to the court. When $1200 had been achieved, all the rest must go to the Treasurer. (Digitized

Title:   Ordered, that the committee on the attorney general's report be instructed to inquire if any, and what alterations are required in the statute of March 19, 1831, entitled an Act limiting the tenure of office and establishing the salaries for clerks of the judicial courts, so as to extend the same to the clerk of the municipal court for the city of Boston, or into any alterations that may be expedient in said act.
