Senate No. 14 An Act to incorporate the Worcester House Company, 1835. Three men were incorporated as above, with the usual rights and
responsibilities, to build and run a house of entertainment near the termination of the Boston & Worcester Railroad. The corporation could have real and personal
estate up to $100,000. If a judgment was rendered that the corporate assets couldn't cover, the officers were liable for the difference. (Digitized
