Title:   The select committee, appointed to consider the expediency of revising and altering the laws in regard to licenses, to whom were referred the several petitions of Samuel Clark and others, Quartus Smith and others, Thomas B. Fox and others, Jabez R. Galt and others, Enos Davis and others; as also the several orders of this House, upon motions of Mr. Hilliard and Mr. Russell, have taken the whole matter into consideration, and directed me to report a bill.
